The following categories are what was agreed on between the Joint Assyrian/Chaldean/Syriac Census 2000 Committee and the US Census Bureau. All entries of individuals registering their ethnicity using any of the following categories will be counted together and published under the heading of Assyrian/Chaldean/Syriac. This list supersedes the one of 1990 Census.
